Refund policy
Customer has 3 Days to notify us after the package has been delivered to get full refund. In the case the customer does not want the product, Customer is responsible for return shipping and required to insure instrument at full retail price.
If product is returned there is a 15% restocking fee. After 3 days of delivery it will automatically go into store credit minus the 15% restocking fee.
Store credit on returns will only last 1 calendar year. Product must be in same condition as it was shipped out to customer. Customer is liable for all damages if product is returned in poor condition. If product arrives damaged we are liable for shipping and return with no restocking fee. This includes in person and phone sales.
